All file conversions on Convert2Go are performed entirely within your web browser using WebAssembly, the HTML Canvas API and in browser JavaScript. Your files are never uploaded to our servers. We have no technical ability to access, read, or store your files.

We collect minimal, anonymous usage data to understand how the platform is used and to improve it:

  • Page views and navigation events (anonymized)
  • General browser type and screen resolution
  • Geographic region (country level, not city or IP address)
