  • Use the Service to circumvent digital rights management (DRM) or copyright protection
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the Service
  • Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service at scale without prior written permission
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

3. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership and rights to all files you convert. Convert2Go does not claim any ownership over your content. The Service's source code, design and branding are the intellectual property of Convert2Go.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that conversions will be error free or that the Service will be available at all times. Use at your own risk.

5. Limitation of Liability

Convert2Go shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service, including data loss. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you for the Service in the twelve months prior to the claim.

6. Advertising

The Service is funded through advertising. By using the Service, you agree to the display of advertisements. You may use browser ad blocking extensions, though this may affect your experience.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes indicates your acceptance. We will update the "last updated" date when changes are made.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator resides, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
